The U-Haul truck inside was a little dirty
PATRICIA TI sat waiting at the pickup location for the Uhaul I rented for over an hour. No one was here when I showed up. Business was locked up, no one inside. Had a call and have someone do the admin over the phone. They were very unhelpful. They ended the phone call my giving me a code to a lock box. Said it's hard to open and hung up before I was able to even get it open. I had been "renting" the Uhaul for over an hour at that point and haven't even received the keys yet. Very frustrated and dissipointed in your customer service. Will not be renting here again
