Way better customer service and be at the shop or location it seems like a scam how it's ran

I believe this location is running a scam where they fraudulently charge customers for pre existing damage as well as frivolous cleaning fees

Do not use this location. This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. I chose counter pickup, but when I arrived no one was there, and I had to complete the process over the phone. The truck itself was disgustingly dirty, and my mattresses are still damaged from being placed in the back of it. I had reserved two dollies but was only given one, and all the moving blankets were missing. To make matters worse, the truck reeked of a strong chemical odor, like crack cocaine, and the location was seedy and run down. On top of that, the truck had absolutely no gas in it. Fortunately, there was a gas station across the street, or I wouldn’t have even been able to leave the lot. After all of this, I received my receipt and discovered I had been overcharged. When I contacted U-Haul to report the issues, the only resolution offered was a coupon for next time. That is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve safe, clean, and properly equipped vehicles—not this type of negligent service.

I would suggest more lighting at that property for customers to see while inspecting the truck but overall it was a pleasant experience (LIGHTS) please

They charge for hookup which is free at othe U-Haul. They said the place closed at 6pm but it was closed at 4:45pm it was a bit stressful and the lobby was not inviting at all very small barley space to complete the rental process
