I was not able to locate the keys for the truck - the instructions on the app were wrong. I had to wait 20min to talk to someone and requested them to cancel my reservation. Never doing it again!

This place was horrible! The clerk inside the store was rude and unhelpful! We had to call U-Haul customer service for a lock box code (no one ever sent us one). After we tried all 3 boxes, there was not a key inside any of them. The lady from U-Haul customer service was super nice and helpful. After the third try with no success, she had us go back in to the store so she could talk to the clerk (who was also rude to her). The clerk literally thru a business card at us and told us to call the rep. No one ever took the truck key out of the return slot and placed it where it needed to be. What should have taken 5 minutes took 40 minutes. We will NEVER use this location again!!!

Shane HI had to use the app to get the truck and there is no internet service at that location. I asked the clerk for help which she told me there was nothing she could do for me. I asked if I could connect to their wifi and she said they didn't have it. Uhaul wasn't bad but this location was absolutely horrible. Wouldn't wish that experience on my worst enemy. Also wouldn't let me upload the pictures when I checked in.
Chaz VAfter moving several time with U-Haul while I was in the military this was the worst possible experience I could have had with the company and I would not recommend them to any friend, peer, and family member following this experience. The location was terrible and extremely unhelpful. When faced with a simple question of where the dolly (in my original billing statement) was, I was given a business card and told to reach out to someone completely different who said they "did not have equipment at this location." In addition to the terrible pickup experience (which took about an hour), the vehicle was filthy with dirt, leaves, and other debris in the back of the truck, while the inside of the cab was sticky and equally as bad. I cannot begin to emphasize how terrible this location and experience was.
