Truck was a little rough running but it got the job done

I had to use the app to get the truck and there is no internet service at that location. I asked the clerk for help which she told me there was nothing she could do for me. I asked if I could connect to their wifi and she said they didn't have it. Uhaul wasn't bad but this location was absolutely horrible. Wouldn't wish that experience on my worst enemy. Also wouldn't let me upload the pictures when I checked in.

After moving several time with U-Haul while I was in the military this was the worst possible experience I could have had with the company and I would not recommend them to any friend, peer, and family member following this experience. The location was terrible and extremely unhelpful. When faced with a simple question of where the dolly (in my original billing statement) was, I was given a business card and told to reach out to someone completely different who said they "did not have equipment at this location." In addition to the terrible pickup experience (which took about an hour), the vehicle was filthy with dirt, leaves, and other debris in the back of the truck, while the inside of the cab was sticky and equally as bad. I cannot begin to emphasize how terrible this location and experience was.

This is not a negative review for the location but U-Haul in general. App stinks and my reservation was really messed up. Never again using U-Haul. I had to pay for two reservations.
