It would be difficult for me to overstate the character of the folks running TB Enterprise in Phenix City. Today prior to my scheduled equipment pick up, U-Haul changed my pick up location, not once, but twice. I didn’t notice this until after business hours and I was convinced that it was going to negatively impact my move. Fortunately, the crew at TB enterprise took my call well after close of business, and accommodated me by opening their doors an hour earlier so that I could complete my equipment pick up in time to meet the movers I hired to assist with removing my household goods from storage. Further, the staff open their doors to me on a Sunday, when they would otherwise be closed. I just completed my move and had it not in for them, it would have been a lot more challenging and frustrating. I am extremely grateful to them and they will have my business when I eventually return to the area. Anyone departing the Fort Benning area would be doing themselves a service by doing business with this very special group of people. They have earned my highest recommendation.

NICHOLAS EThe U Haul that I rented was a very good trailer, it pulled very well.The only thing that I noticed was the passenger door latch on the trailer was out of alignment,it would not let you latch the door open to keep the wind from blowing the door closed. This was not a big problem,but this was the only thing that I found wrong with the trailer.The guys at the location where I picked up the trailer and where I returned the trailer were very helpful with the hooking up and unhooking the trailer.Great job at both locations,thanks guys.
WENDELL WI made the reservation two and a half weeks ahead when time to pick up my U-Haul there was no U-Haul available at the place I was told to go they had the reservation for the next day at 4:00 p.m. my move should be over by then the truck that I did get ran horrible it did not run smooth at all
