U-Haul in Bradford used to be at the Comfort Motel. That place was tremendously sketchy but the U-Haul process was smooth and I would recommend it. Disclaimer: this was for a short notice, same day rental so I want to allow for some lenience Now, it's at TM Auto. I successfully scheduled a rental online and arrived at an appropriate time. There was no one present to greet me and when I finally found someone to help me they said the only person on site that does U-Hauls isn't here right now. He called me and I was forced to cancel my online reservation and remake one via the app to follow his process. This process included an attempt to acquire keys from a lock box but the keys for the truck I was assigned weren't even in the lock box. The drop off was similarly awful, since it had become a mobile pickup I had to do a whole photo-shoot of the van before I could drop it off. I am sparing some details for time, but all in all, it was awful and it is very unlikely that I will return.
