BONNIE RWe dropped off a truck and a trailer and the assistant (I didn't catch his name) was friendly and very helpful. He asked us to park the vehicles in the main area and he would place them on the lot where he wanted. We didn't have to back up into tight spots, we just let him inspect the rentals, signed the docs, and off we went. Highly recommend!

Kathi LOne complaint. I wish they had taken a picture of the ENTIRE trailer, INCLUDING the hitch. Upon dropping it off, I was told the trailer had a peice missing and informed of the exposed and rusted wires for the backup safety hooks if the ball fails. Which were both like that when I picked it up. However the pictures didn't include that part when we checked. Which makes me feel it was left out on purpose in order for the company to place blame on the next customer. That's bad business in my opinion.

Talitha BThe guy called me before I arrived to tell me he wouldn't be there when I was scheduled to drop off. He said he would check in the vehicle, and to just leave it in the lot. He then charged me for "cleaning fees." The vehicle was spotless and only used to move one item. There was no dirt or debris. The guy at the drop-off location was a total moron.

Vince CI will never recommend uhaul to anyone at this point. You’ve left me in pain, and no recourse. Sad that they were unwilling to help. Or a least not charge me double for something uhaul has done.
