One complaint. I wish they had taken a picture of the ENTIRE trailer, INCLUDING the hitch. Upon dropping it off, I was told the trailer had a peice missing and informed of the exposed and rusted wires for the backup safety hooks if the ball fails. Which were both like that when I picked it up. However the pictures didn't include that part when we checked. Which makes me feel it was left out on purpose in order for the company to place blame on the next customer. That's bad business in my opinion.
