Aaron DHead office changed my location without notice. I wasted 45 minutes going from the original location to the new location. This is unprofessional and caused me unnecessary anxiety and frustration. A simple notice in advance of my delivery date would have easily avoided this problem.

They provided me with accurate information regarding the rental rates, any additional charges, and the condition of the truck. There were no surprises or hidden fees, which is often a concern when renting vehicles. I truly appreciated their transparency, as it made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. The U-Haul truck itself was in excellent condition. It was clean, well-maintained, and ready for use. The staff took the time to explain the features of the truck and provided some useful tips for a smooth and safe journey. It was evident that they cared about their customers' satisfaction and wanted to ensure a positive experience. Throughout the four hours that I had the truck, I encountered no issues or complications. It performed admirably, and I was able to complete my moving tasks efficiently. Arsh PThis location has the worst person. I booked dolly and the guy told me that he doesn't have dolly , he gave me his own dolly with $20. When I returned truck he asked me to go in no prohibited zone and break traffic rules and says all Indians are same. I all sure that guy for that .
Rahul TPricing is very oppressive. You showed me $ 40 on my order summary price. But you took my $61 because the power balance was towards you. I would not use the service if I had known the price would be this much. The stuff I bought with $150 you cost me $61 to transport it. Totally unfair and unacceptable

Richard A- charged double my reservation quote from online, no response yet from customer service email... - car alignment is greatly off that the steering wheel is turned almost 90 degrees to keep van straight - back door trim and flashing is gone so when it rains it leaks into the van and makes everything wet. After it rained the van STUNK and was still wet when we returned it several days later - rear left turn signal is broken/burnt out - tire pressure is all over the place. I had to fill the tires with air as there is likely a slow leak (no nails, likely the seal). - lastly, the van SMELLS - THIS VAN WOULD NEVER PASS A SAFETY CHECK, NOT SURE WHY IT WAS ALLOWED TO BE RENTED TO A PAYING CUSTOMER.

Samantha HI reserved a dolly online but was told when I arrived that there wasn’t one available. I also selected mobile check in, did the full mobile check in, and then was told I needed to check in with the cashier, who needed to see my license again even though I had just scanned it online. Not very streamlined, very annoying.

Hasan GStore owner provided outstanding service. However, he is the only reason I would ever rent from U-Haul again. The U-Haul rental system online was unable to release the truck to me when I went to pick it up. It took an hour and a half of phone calls and online searches and chat messaging with your support team and he was still unable to get the system to release the truck. Between us we agreed to a workaround completely outside the Uhaul system. Had he listened to your online support representative, I would not have had a truck at all. Also, although the gas gauge read full when I took the truck, when I filled the truck up to bring it back, it obviously had NOT been full. I only drove 43 km but had to put in almost 20 Liters to bring it back to full. You need a better system for calculating how much gas was used. Either that, or you have to be sure a tank is full when the truck goes out. And of course, your system does not provide a means of refunding the extra gas I purchased over and above what I used. All in all, Uhaul itself provided very poor service. Ravi the store representative was amazing

Nadine LThere was an extra charge for the fuel, which shouldn`t be done since I put enough gas just before parking the van at the drop off place. Unfortunately I didn`t confirmed it with the owner, who was busy at his store and promised to email me the bill later. When I found that there is a extra charge for the fuel, I made a phone call and was told that I returned van with the less amount of gas then I supposed to - which is not true. Not a big money, but this kind of little scams don`t make a good impression. So, to avoid being overcharged, check everything with the owner before you leave the store. So far this location was the worst experince of using uhaul for more than 20 times.

The agent was not at all supporting and was not even willing to park the car at the desired location and asked me to repark the car for him at his desired place. Also, refused to give me a printed copy of the final bill that I was for reimbursement from my office. Overall very unpleasant experience.

Nadine LVan had damage, looked it wasn't washed since it was purchased. Garbage inside that I had to clean out before my friend got in. It was filthy. Advertised $19.99/day, then the $15 insurance - I'm fine that that. Then the mileage charges and full tank of gas for a van that looked, felt and smelled like homeless people rent it at night. Never again. Worst rental experience solely because the van was disgusting. For $85 - cheap to rent on a minivan on Turo that is clean.
