Awful. No signage, very unclear where to obtain keys in lockbox, buildings look abandoned. Truck was left on almost empty

MONICA CThe truck that I had front windshield leaking inside the cab. It was a horrible shake while driving highway speeds. Truck needs an alignment badly pulls to the right when it has a load on the truck. I looked under the truck to see if something was loose from the shaking on passenger side, came to find a pair of vice grips still locked on to the caliper bracket as if someone left them after doing the brakes. When applying the brakes the are noisy. Took pictures of everything.
ANGELO MIt was too much information I had to put in and returning the truck was too much time to put all information in no one to help check in it should be a discount if we has to do all the work in checking in and out

AKOBIR GThe Temple Hills location has very poor lighting and located in an area that is danger and no security camera for protection and preventing customer from being robbed. I made my reservation at Woodyard Road U-Haul. When I arrived at 06:40 the manager and/or owner were not there and never showed up. I called Uhaul who reschedule me to the Temple Hills location. I was told I would be reimbursed $50.00 for the owner not showing up and having to travel to a different location to pick up another Uhual.
Jerry TI booked my rental for 30 minutes after they opened to give them time to settle in. I had to rebook the rental because they opened late. I was standing outside of the facility when an employee showed up. The employee sat down inside the store, didn't unlock the door, and was on their phone. He didn't acknowledge i was there until I knocked on the window and asked him what time they were opening. He then walked to the door and said we're opened. Wasn't a good experience.

greg dSure, here is a draft for your review: --- I made a reservation well in advance for a 20-foot truck to be picked up at 5 am. Two days before the pick-up, I received a call informing me that the location I selected no longer had the truck I needed available, so I was redirected to another location that was inconvenient and with a later pickup time. I had scheduled my movers for 8 am, and my new truck pickup time was 7 am. Upon arriving at the new location, I opened my app to check in and received an error message stating that no truck was assigned to my reservation. I immediately called U-Haul and was placed on a 25-minute hold. The representative was very helpful and kept me calm, but despite her efforts, she couldn't locate a truck for me at that location. With my movers arriving in 20 minutes, she finally found a truck at a different location, requiring me to drive an additional 10 minutes. Unfortunately, it was a smaller 15-foot truck, not the 20-foot truck I originally reserved. Which caused me to make additional trips. To make matters worse, I had to pay twice for this one move. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I expected better service and reliability from U-Haul.

rashid MRenting from this location was the greatest and easiest experience I have ever had with Uhaul. Keisha Jones was very professional and made this so easy. I was in and out and had my rental in 10 minutes flat. She was very informative and explained all details about the rental. This whole experience was painless. I will be recommending this location to people I know that need a uhaul. Again this was the best uhaul experience I have ever had.

Laura SNo Air Condition working Blowing out hot air . Advised staff but was on the road. The passenger mirror did not stay in place. Screw must have been lose. The handle for the drivers window ( round portion ) kept popping off when rolling the window up or down. Not a great experience at all . Driving to Delaware back to Maryland. My first experience on last rental before this was great. I really think I should be given a portion of my $$ back. That truck needs to be taken out of rotation. Thank you

I wasn’t told to go to link to share location and answer questions and take photo of the truck in the lot. So it took some back and forth in the rain to do it properly. Which was frustrating. Otherwise, I would use this location again. Thank you.

Rashid MI originally reserved to pick up a truck at a different location. When I arrived, many trucks were parked there, but when I went to sign in to my reservation on the U-Haul app, it said no equipment had been assigned to my reservation. I had to call customer service and eventually they were able to find a truck for me at another location (Brinkley Rd). This inconvenience cost me time and money to drive to a separate location. Also, when the app was verifying my profile, customer service failed to respond to my in-app messages. Only after waiting on hold for 20 minutes did the verification process finally resolve itself. However, the agent we spoke to on the phone said stopped replying to us during the call, and we were very confused what was going on. Overall we were quite disappointed with our pick up process and how convoluted it ended up being.

Eljin WTruck was missing extra equipment asked for in reservation. Gas tank was left on a quarter tank, and on return the company tried to charge me a 100 refuel charge.

byron mI was overcharged: I was billed for 88 miles, when the actual mileage was 46 miles +or minus 4 miles. When I tried to correct this fact I was told that’s was just what the odometer showed. The trip was from 3063 Brinkley rd ( one block from pickup $ to 4210 Southwinds Pl and back, No deviations .
