It took him too long to check me back in it took him 3 days anybody could have taken that Van within the 3 days

Both the furniture dolly and the other dolly I had reserved did not come with the truck and I was still charged for both the equipment at pickup and then also charged a missing fee for both dollies at drop off.

Have the rentals in stock, train the locations correctly and be there ready with the keys so the customer isn't waiting around.
