Laura DBe honest. The gas scam that puts an extra quarter tank into the truck. Straight out of the customer’s wallet is a jive deal. Getting a 28 dollar surprise for mileage overage was another irritation frustration. Driving from the pick up location to the job site, then directly to the drop off location should be within the original 208 dollars the truck cost me. Whether that part was the shenanigan of the fella who rented the truck to me, or a corporate money grab, it has inspired me to not use U Haul, again. Putting two and two together to see the fuel game that y’all are playing with peoples’ hard earned money was the coffin nail to not doing business with y’all, again.
ELIJAH GReally the age of the vehicle was the only issue. No back up cam because of that. Don't know if vehilce has exhaust leak but sounded like it. But really had no issues with the vehicle and the agent was very nice and accomdating.
Derek FHusband and wife owners very friendly and knowledgeable. Was having trouble with app and she had me sign out and got me on my way in minutes. Actually saved me money by recommending 8 hours instead of four for rental otherwise would have been charged for additional day. Thanks
Richard RNot the most glorious of locations but I have been using them for years. The ease of use and outstanding customer service (at worst case just a quick phone chat) along with always having what I need when I need makes it beyond easy to get stuff done! Unfortunately I'm moving out of state and no longer have this convenient never fail location at my disposal
Kevin DThe person who owned/managed the drop-off was not present. There was a note on the office door to call a number. I called and got voicemail. Someone sitting outside the office was kind enough to call the manager/owner who told him to tell me to park the truck and drop the key off in an unsecured mailbox outside the office.

He did everything he said he would, no problems picking up the 26 ft. box truck and dropping it off as well. it went very smooth, which almost never happens cause i've rented several uhauls in the past. Shout out to Antonio, need to give that man a raise!!

Shavell BSo I booked a U-Haul in Portland when I got there, I had to call customer service so they could actually reserve the U-Haul for me then had to call back again to try and find the key that was not there. They had to move my reservation to Gallatin which added more miles and gas to my view and then when I got to Gallatin, I had to call again because it wouldn’t process through on their end then had to call back and fix my drop off location just overall poor service
