Dropped off after hours via the app, so was able to relatively quickly do everything myself, however there were (abandoned?) cars strewn across the lot next to the trailers and trucks so it was a guessing game on where to stick the trailer.

Did not include the appliance dolly I ordered and could not offer me one from any surrounding town on day of move… had to hire 3 men at 75 dollars each to move appliances and other large items by hand ….was only compensated 50 dollars on a 335 dollar rental which ended up costing me 560 dollars ….extremely unprofessional !!!!

Make sure that all lights are working. I rented a tandem axle trailer on 11 May 2024 and the right turn signal light didn't work. No big thing, as long as the brake lights work.

There was nobody at the facility to help me when I arrived to pick up the truck I had reserved. I tried using the mobile app, but it kept timing me out and I was never able to get it to work, even though it recognized me by name, so obviously I was logged in.. I spent and hour calling help lines and nearby facilities trying to get access to the truck I had reserved or help with the app. I managed to get hold of the regional director who said he would drive to the facility and meet me there to work it out - he was an hour away. He saved the day, but it was a nightmare process and I had movers reserved and waiting for me - I was two hours late. When I got in the truck, the fuel gauge was on empty. There was a minimal about of gas left, so I had to stop and get gas. I put in 4.5 gal to cover my less than 20 miles of use.
