Drop off location hard to find
TERESA PIt was a small shop however customer service was better than the larger fleet operation centers. Very friendly and professional.
CARL PQuite a bit of road construction. Tamlin Rd is closed at one entrance at the Tamlin entrance. Need to enter opposite Stetson Hills Dr.

Gaer SNew location next to storage units. Somewhat difficult to access for larger UHaul equipment pick-up and turn-in but that is because they are widening the street access so I'm sure this is temporary.

MATTHEW MThis is a somewhat remote location but was fine for us because we were just dropping off a truck from a one-way trip from out of state and it was closest to our new home. We returned the truck after hours but were not able to complete the return on-line at that time. We did not interact with anyone for the return but when I called the next day during business hours the person was polite and the return was finalized without any issues.
KAREN JThe automated/virtual assistant system is terrible. I originally went to a U-Haul neighborhood dealer at 7115 Forest Meadows Avenue. There were no live employees on site. I had to use a virtual assistant to attempt to reserve a rental truck. The virtual assistant informed me there were no available trucks at my current location and booked my reservation at 5080 Tamlin Road. When I arrived at the new location, the office was locked, and no one was there. I observed the store hours sign on the front door which said the facility should be open at the time I was there. I attempted to call the phone number for the property manager over five times, but it went to voicemail. I went on the U-haul application which was terribly slow with a user interface that is not friendly for the unfamiliar user. After I completed the rental agreement, I eventually found my rental truck locked behind a coded gate, not in the front lot. I used customer support chat to inform U-Haul about my predicament. I was immediately questioned if I really did not see the truck in the front lot, even after I explained it was locked behind a security gate. The representative took time to look for a code, but then informed me there was nothing else to do but rebook the rental at another location, which would cost me a second fee. I was only able to get my rental truck because a customer of the storage facility opened the gate roughly thirty minutes after I had been waiting at the location to get the truck out. When I was finally able to get a hold of a representative of the management company for the location, I was told I should not have been able to rent the truck on the weekend as the facility was closed. Overall, it was a terrible experience which has me second guessing on using U-Haul for future rental truck needs.

Savannah FI had a reservation at a set time and upon showing up, the door was locked and no one was there. I received a call earlier in the day from a number I didn’t recognize so I didn’t answer and no message was left. Then I received a text that did not make sense and seemed like spam.
Brian DThis pick up location was not the one selected. U-Haul had us drive and be inconvenienced because they didn’t have one at the location I selected. Then did not refund me for the inconvenience on their part because it wasn’t on my reservation, nor did they call to confirm. Needless to say I’ve used U-Haul many times, but may look to other options on my next move.
Kala BTRUCK WAS CLEAN BUT ENGINE LIGHT WENT ON 6 MILES INTO MY TRIP. AND I GOT CHARGED FOR INSURANCE AND DID NOT WANT IT.

David TWorst Uhaul experience & I have had many. The location was I’ll maintained, the worker was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. The Uhaul was in horrible condition, we were scared we were going to break down at any moment. Never again. Do not recommend.
Lea BI booked at a different location but was told by the person who called me literally less than 24 hours before the rental time I’d have to pick up at this one because the person who previously rented it returned it to this location instead. I shouldn’t be charged additional mileage because the previous owner couldn’t return it properly. When I selected this rental at the original location it was to limit the number of miles that would be charged. Ended up putting an additional 5 miles on the truck for the additional drive to this location. If I had known the rental wasn’t available at the location I booked with online, I would have booked with another company. Having said all that, the gentleman at this location was very nice and considering it wasn’t his fault the rental was returned improperly, I’ve rated them highly.

Scott GOverall the location and the service was excellent. U-Haul shouldn’t charge so much per mile. It’s a little unreasonable. A 39.95 rental as the base is misleading. Tamlin Storage was awesome!
Patrick BTamlin Storage is the best Uhaul provider I have been to by far. I had a lot of bad experiences with other Locations from my last move and Tamlin Storage was able to change that by simply giving me a great one. Tamlin Storage will be my go to for every move here on out while in Colorado. Brandi DThe lock to get into the box for the key was difficult to get open and closed. We reserved and paid to rent a dolly, but it was not in the truck and the location was closed.

Steven ANot much I loved this location. It was cold in the office, he has the windows open and 2 fans going as it got dark in January in Colorado that was a little cold.
