I was supposed to pick up a truck at 10:00. When I arrived, the store was locked. An employee came out and asked what we needed then went back into the store and locked the door. This happened many times with us never being able to enter the store. It took over an hour for her to process our rental while we waited outside. She said that it was because of the Uhaul computer program, but I have used Uhaul many times and never had this experience. I would implore people to not rent from this location.
RONALD BT&M was great and convenient. The person helping me was very efficient and pleasant.
