I had a confirmed reservation but I could not pick up with the app, the clerk onsite could not get the pick up complete so we had to call UHaul rep. Still took a long time. I was there over an hour to pick up the truck and trailer. Onsite reps were nice, but could not get it done.

U-Haul should not overcharge people!!! Rented a U-Haul and told them when I was bringing it back, didn’t need the 4 day rental. The guys told me that U-Haul would credit the difference back to me, I returned it 3 days early like I told them. Contacted U-Haul about getting and updated invoice that shows the difference and total charges. I was told by U-Haul that’s not how it works and they still charged me $600 for a 1 day rental on a 6x12 trailer. They will never get my money again and I will never recommend them to anyone!
