On our way to pick up the U-Haul at the location that was the closest to us that had been reserved 2days prior, we got a text telling us the pick up locations had been changed 10 miles out of the way. That would have been fine but when we arrived at 10:30 a note was on the window be back in 30 minutes. Fine after 30 minutes passed I called the phone # on the note. The male said he would call her, he called me back and said she would be there in 10 minutes. That didn’t happen either. I tried to call the male back 2 times and wouldn’t answer my call.We left and went to the original pick up place. The lady there found another one at a different location, but failed to give us clear directions on how to get this truck. After an unsuccessful attempt We had to go back to the original place and ask for instructions she gave me a number and said they will direct me step by step. We finally figured it out after 2 hours of trying to just pick up a truck. My Point is if you reserve a truck it should be at the location you first reserved it, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We had never had to this before. Employees need to educate customers and take the time to explain the process especially if you had never had to go online to do everything and just try to figure it out on you own. Moving is frustrating enough then you have a 2 hour delay just because a employee didn’t take the time to explain the the steps you need to do to have a successful experience. Didn’t happen!!!! By the way it was 97 degree waiting in the heat. Not a happy customer!!!!

The owner picked up his phone on a Sunday when I called to have him direct me as to how to drop off the truck.
