Not sure if it was your fault or not with it being -15 but I’ve always had major issues with uhauls when I’ve rented before (windshield wipers not working, front headlight falling right out because someone previously mustve hit something with it and went unnoticed by whoever checked the truck back in near Raleigh Durham and a flat blown out tire because no tread left) this time had no windshield washer fluid but could’ve been due to the cold temps as I mentioned. With that said the representative did go out of his way and start the truck 30 minutes prior so it wasn’t an ice box and was amazing. Word of advice is I’d always inspect every single thing on a U-Haul before taking it off the lot but will say the guys at the Davison road location do go above and beyond to make sure it’s a good experience for you. Not trying to blame the small people, it’s the big people that are owners who need to be spoken to.

Ronald WThey said I was going to get some of my money back if I returned it before the 3rd day of the rental. I did not get anything back. Don’t say something if you’re not going to keep your word. Other than that it was a decent place and the help was friendly.
RYAN LMy experience with renting my truck from T&S Services was awesome and using Monroe Moving Solutions, I found through U-Haul. I was very pleased with the service I received, from the two moving helpers! I would recommend them both.

RONALD LI had a reservation at a closer U-Haul but I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for someone to come and lock the office and give me my keys but no one showed up to work. So I called corporate office and they gave me this Davidson location which worked out terrific. Plus they said that they would refund me some funds because the other location that I booked at didn't open for work. That it's very kind and I sure appreciate that because it put me an hour and a half behind moving that day and I didn't want to be moving in the dark. Thank you U-Haul for always being there because I've used your services many a times.

DAVID DT&S did a great job. Truck was available, ready to go and clean. Pick up and drop off was seamless and the provided great service at the counter. It was an overall easy experience. I would definitely use T&S again.
