Could not gain access to vehicle. Store location did not and would not help me! I had to contact Uhaul by phone to gain access, which took an extra 40 minutes during pick up. Return process would not allow me to return on the app. I am a long time Uhaul customer and would never use this location again!

Make sure the lock is on the correct lockbox. I had trouble getting my key. And provide better confirmation for when dropping off the truck my money was held for over a week because uhaul couldnt find a truck I used for 2 hours
Michelle BTo begin with, the mobile pick up is a cumbersome process. It was awful. Once I finally got the truck, after 10 phone calls totally about 6 hours, it was on empty and needed maintenance badly. I’ll.never use U-Haul again.
