Your company does not understand that this is a mobile-only location. The employees of the business change oil. They don’t know anything about the U-Haul rentals. The key exchange is done through a lock box only. The employees don’t have the combination. The business is basically just a kiosk. That would have been fine, except I wasn’t given instructions. IT IS NOT THE FAULT OF TATUM OIL! They did everything in their power to get me in a truck and on my way. They even stayed after hours (the business closes at 5:00). By the way, I checked in online before leaving the house and arrived more than 15 minutes early for my 4:00 pickup. I didn’t drive away with the truck til well after 5:00

Vehicle was clean but Vehicles battery was dead at time of pick up. Had to jumpstart no less than 3 times a day even after a straight 11 hour drive
