I was asked to pick up early...not convenient for me. Hitch need lubed. Ended up not using as my pick up was cancelled. Returned a few hours later. I was told they would not be there hence why I had to pick up early. So I dropped with even using it a few hrs later and they evidently never checked back in. Don't remember receiving any paperwork. I paid 25 or 30bucks at pick up, the was charge an extra 159. Bucks 5 days later because evidently they didn't check it in. This was a bad experience. I would like my money returned how about a free rental for a trailer since I couldn't use it anyway.Shawn P.

When I went to return the trailer,(the day before it was due because of covid no one was there. I left a message and didn't get a response. I called the next day and didn't get a response. I got a call when I was away from my phone, but there was no message left. I had to call the home website of U-Haul to get confirmation and a receipt. The location had checked in the trailer but I didn't get a notice.Michael F.

The scheduling was difficult because you don't know where your pick up location will be and exactly what size truck you will get. Need earlier pick up and more Convient drop off. It was way out of way to drop off after using. Paid good money and need the process to be better.Beth D.

I find it hard to believe that in this technological day a company the size of Uhaul wouldn't have an equipment return portal that could be used across all the common platforms. I tried to return the truck I rented using my iPad but there wasn't a link on the Safari page, it was later that I discovered I could have used my phone. Who's running the IT department there? 12 year old kids could do better!JOE S.
