If i could give a zero I would. This location should honestly not be trusted at all. I was overcharged more than $200 because they grossly misrepresented the mileage—and I don’t mean a small discrepancy. The numbers were so off it felt completely deceptive. What’s worse is what happened after: they completely ignored every attempt to fix it. Multiple calls, voicemails, and even an email sent from another U-Haul representative on my behalf—nothing. No response, no accountability, no effort to correct their mistake. I literally would have had to be driving THE ENTIRE TIME I HAD THE VEHICLE in order to even have driven that may miles. After looking through other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. There are repeated complaints about inaccurate mileage and billing issues, which makes this feel like a pattern of behavior rather than an honest mistake. At this point, I’ve had to escalate the situation beyond the location just to be heard. That should never be necessary over something this straightforward. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to go somewhere else. Double-check EVERYTHING if you ignore this warning—because if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to answer or help you. I will be pursuing this issue to the fullest extent possible, because being charged incorrectly and then ignored is completely unacceptable.

There should be a representative present at the office/desk until closing time to assist customers as REQUIRED to pick-up a RESERVED vehicle at the SCHEDULED time indicated during reservation. The reservation was set for 5:45 pm on Friday. We arrived to at 5:15 pm, the doors were locked. We ran bell several times with no answer. At 5:28, began texting "HELP DESK" for assistance. The help desk contacted the clerk and she finally arrived approximately 20-30 minutes. The vehicle was filthy, caked on dirt and smut!! DISGUSTING!!

I arranged to pick up the truck via my cell phone, but upon arrival, I found it behind a gated area marked with a "Do Not Enter" sign. I entered the facility to ask for assistance, and while the staff were friendly, the strong smell of marijuana was quite off-putting. When I received the estimated invoice, I noticed it contained errors regarding the truck's current mileage and fuel amount. These inaccuracies could have resulted in additional charges had I not caught them. Overall, due to the overwhelming odor and the discrepancies on the invoice, I cannot recommend this location.

They lied about the fuel that was left in the truck and charged me for fuel. Which I have pictures to prove the amount of fuel that was left in the truck

The lady was very polite and helpful. She stayed later than her closing time to help me process an pick up the truck. The truck was in great shape. It did smell slightly of cigarette smoke and i found a small amount of dry dog food behind the drivers seat.
