Customer service was lacking. She was distracted by every other customer that came in. She did not know about or understand her U-Haul equipment. Location is also a head shop and those customers were much more important to the staff. We were repeatedly kept waiting while she sold THC products.

Alan HI have used this store 4 times when I have moved. It has definitely went downhill since new owners took over. First, when I called to order the u-haul, I asked for a dolly and they said "no problem, we will have one here for you". So they did not have a dolly for me and said that it didn't show that one was ordered. Second, while the guy started doing the computer work for us to rent the u-haul, 3 customers came in and he waited on them, while making us wait. We were being waited on and just left us standing, waiting on him to get back to us. Very unprofessional and I told him I would not ever come back to that store and rent a u-haul from them ever again.

RACHEL MI was suppose to pick up a 26 ft truck at 8 am on the 31st a Saturday, and I was suppose to have 6 pads/blankets I received 3 and I did not get the truck until 2:30 - 3 pm, which by that time I lost 3 of the 5 guys I had helping and we did not get done until 9:30 that night. Extremely upset over the whole situation. So would I recommend the location sure, but would I recommend U-Haul not a chance. The problems were not with the store but with U-Haul company setting up to many reservations when you did not have enough trucks .

Terry HWhy do you take reservations for equipment that's not there? I chose this location, a random gas station, because it was close. You took the reservation for a dolly, too. Yes, I know you can't guarantee that, but isn't there an inventory system for that? I'd have gone to a less convenient place to make one stop instead of renting this truck and then going to Home Depot for the dolly if I'd know they wouldn't have it. This is the kind of thing that drives me to Penske. The trucks are nice, don't smell like weed, and they guarantee the equipment.

Gregory NI only booked at this location as a last resort because they were the only ones that had the trailer I needed. However the fact that they are at a gas station is beyond me! Simply because they don’t come out to even hook the equipment up for you at all!!! Luckily I know how to do it myself BUT I’m 31 weeks pregnant and shouldn’t have had to pick that heavy trailer up!!
Shominique NOnly issue was the cigarette smell in the cab, and the back wasn't swept out. Breaks squealed, and there was a leak that came through the passenger grab handle bottom screw mount.

Marcus SThe truck broke down after 150 miles on the road. It took 2 days, a new truck, and a complete trans load of the shipment before the final destination. Expenses were incurred for several nights in hotels not to mention list time at work. Action report has been filed.

Janet CWe were told we could mobile pick up so I scheduled to get the truck at 7:30am - got there and we had to call customer support because we could not check in. Sat on hold for 26 mins and someone finally answered and said this location can’t do mobile pick up, wait until they open at 8. Finally get the truck around 8:20. Get to my storage unit to start loading and the back of the truck is covered in broken glass. Spent the next 20-25 sweeping up the broken glass. I order a dolly to help with the move and one of its tires was blown out and flat. Between the check in problem, glass, and dolly(that was $7 of no help) I would not recommend this Uhaul to anyone.
