Didn’t have a the equipment I requested. And the company closed early without calling.
Kacy HI have always used your company for my moving. This 3rd party you have went into business with we’re inconvenienced upon my arrival. They were not helpful and informed me it’s self service and that they don’t work for Uhual. No one checked the gas level, mileage, no contract for me to sign. Upon completion of using your vehicle, I replaced the gas above the 50 miles I drove. I received a call a few days later from Uhual confirming I used the vehicle. I received my final bill with a $30 gas fee, 102 miles I never drove and a bill $150 plus more than what I used. I took pictures of the beginning mileage and ending, however in the ending picture where the mileage shows it says vehicle on, but it does show the time stamp I returned vehicle along with the gas level. I will continue to use your company in the future, however I will not return to this 3rd party.

Art NIt took almost 45 minutes to get the actual key from the box because someone had wedged in the box and it wouldn’t come out.
Adolphus JThey were late and the truck was not clean. Had an 8:30 pickup and no-one arrived until 9:10. The truck was not cleaned and no paperwork was completed. Called in the afternoon stating they were going to report truck stolen. Because of their inadequacy to do the check out process.
Justin DOnly reason for a 4 start on location is because it can be hard to turn into or out of the parking lot due to high traffic levels. And with someone with little experience pulling a trailer or driving a larger vehicle can be a bit intimidating. Otherwise the staff was fantastic!!! They receive 10 stars :D
