Worst U-Haul experience ever. We loaded the trailer that evening. When I locked my truck doors I noticed that the lights did not work. I called customer service to request a replacement and they insisted that they send a service representative to try and fix the lights. The lights were not repairable. By the time he gave up trying to fix them, the U-Haul place was closed and we could no longer get a replacement. We had to travel 11 hours with no working lights. My wife and daughter had to follow me, jeopardizing their safety to prevent someone from running into the back of the trailer. It was horrible. Even worse, I had to pay full price for the piece of junk. I also had to lubricate the door so that it would open. Never again.

Kent ZI barely had to do anything besides drop the trailer off!! The disconnected it from my car, and checked me out so quick! They were so nice and helpful too! I’m definitely renting from here again!
