I scheduled a pick-up for 8am. However, the office doesn't open until 10am. So when I arrived, there was no key in the lock box. And when I came back, the office didn't have my reservation.Ada H.

The hours of operation do not fit the needs of customers. The parking lot is slanted and no tire chicks are provided. After we unhooked the trailer it started rolling away. We had to find random rocks in the flower beds to put under the tires.Michael H.

When we arrived to pick up the truck, the guy working there had a problem trying to process my order. His coworker who normally does the Uhaul stuff had left to go buy some cigarettes, and we had to wait a half an hour for the guy to come back and help finish the order. After we got the truck, we drove 80 miles to go pick up some furniture we had ordered, only to find out there was a disk lock on the back of the truck that we couldn't open. We had to drive 80 miles back to Madison without our furniture. The next day we had to turn that truck in, and get a completely different truck and drive another 80 miles to actually go get the furniture.David H.

This site was just a mobile key pick-up/drop. Nothing special. I would like to comment that I was very disappointed that the afternoon before my pick-up date I received an email saying that the pick-up location had been changed. Originally I had picked a location only 2 mins from my house. The new location was further, causing me to need more time and to pay for more miles that I would have had to previously pay for. In addition, I passed a full U-haul location before I got to my reassigned pick-up location. Why!? I would have appreciated a call to notify or even see if that was acceptable to me. And then if reassigning to reassign to the closer U-haul location. Instead, I, the customer, had to pay more in money and time. Very poor customer service.Jason M.

I was skeptical because the previous reviews I read were not great reviews however, Brandon was incredibly helpful and very friendly. It was my first time using the 24/7 service and I wasn't entirely sure about the process so I made sure to arrive a little before Tech Plus closed. Brandon was there to answer all of my questions and assist me with my rental. Google was not very accurate on the location of Tech Plus and so I drove around for a little. Thankfully Market Square is not that big so I was able to find them within a few minutes.Mai Yer X.

They charged me an extra day for no reason, then pulled that off thankfully. They also charged $60 for cleaning, and I guess I don't blame them for that, but it was exactly the way I picked up the truck from Lake Station, IN. So buyer beware, inspect everything first.Michael P.

this guy is a cheater, i drove for 20 miles total - I purchased 2 gallons of gas- and he is trying to charge me 6 miles of gallon extra. he is also trying to charge me extra money for furniture pads. i never used his furniture pads, when i opened his truck, there was one that was lying on the floor. I absolutely decline this guy's bill, please remove these charges and please cancel his license. shame on uhaul for working with cheaters like this guy.Oguzhan A.

Technically, the truck was in the lot in front of the store instead of the back lot, as advertised. I returned it to the back lot, though. Thankfully, the fleet number made it fairly easy to figure the location out. Overall, this was super easy. And at 20 minutes, self-service took a bit less than I'm used to at a U-Haul center. This technique is a great example of an emerging trend of modern self service.Jim C.

Answer one of my seven phone calls when looking for the location. Also, having working internet so you can actually process the payment. Waited over 40 minutes to pick the uhaul even after I completed the early check in the day before. Also, the clerk had no idea how the process worked and had to call a uhaul representive several times. And to top it off they were storing equipment on the uhaul that they had to unload before I could use it making the experience take over an hour. I will never use UHaul again.Paul S.

I think there was some confusion about what I was doing. I had made a reservation to pick up from the Verona Rd location, but was sent here. Apparently, this location doesn't typically do one way rentals, so we had to wait while all that was checked and almost got sent to another location.Kelli B.
