When I booked online, I originally booked from the bell river location, which showed there was a truck available But when they called me to confirm my reservation, they told me it wasn't, and I had to get one from Tecumseh, which incurred additional mileage. Which I was not pleased. So why did the website indicate that the truck was available when it wasn't.
