Vehicle had garbage inside the cabin and leftover rice in the box. Although I'm familiar with U-Haul policies the proprietor didn't explain anything at check in and it felt like this whole thing was N inconvenience. When I returned the vehicle I asked for a broom to sweep out the box and was refused. I'll stick to a typical U-Haul rental centre.
SIMON WWhen I booked online, I originally booked from the bell river location, which showed there was a truck available But when they called me to confirm my reservation, they told me it wasn't, and I had to get one from Tecumseh, which incurred additional mileage. Which I was not pleased. So why did the website indicate that the truck was available when it wasn't.
