The vehicle was in terrible condition. If it wasn’t for the need that morning I would have returned the vehicle after 2 mins of driving. I actually would like some compensation for this trip.

The guy that works there is very rude ,disrespectful and such a liar! He was rude to us even before we got the rental! I WILL NEVER BE RENTING U-HAUL FROM HIM EVER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE! Nor will I recommend him to anyone else.

The vehicle that I had was not cleaned and for the sake of time I did not complain. So I recommend that all vehicles are cleaned inside and outside thank you.

teemul was good. but i was sent there because my reservation was not made at a prior location that uhaul reserved and confirmed. that almost cost me the valuable time and i almost had to cancel the job which would have been inexcusable on your part. also i was charged at the previous location for moving pads that was not provided at the new pick up location. i would be expecting reimbursement for that and for the 45 minute delay you caused by your negligence.

I made reservations on U-Haul.com for a specific location. When there to pick up van and none available. After 35 mins was told a van was available at this other location. Picked up Van was easy. The van was dirty inside, smelled of cigarette smoke, air needed in tires, turn signal didn’t work and the key fob didn’t work to unlock the door. When dropped of vehicle was told system down.

This is my second time renting from this location. The check-in wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped (the app didn’t allow me to do the mobile check-in), but the wait to check in at the counter didn’t take long. The people were friendly and the vehicle was clean and well maintained.

Employ a policy for no smoking anything in your vehicles. As someone with asthma this was horrible. Have your maintance crew fix and check vehicles before they are rented. Walk your clients to their vehicle to insure a safe rental environment for your customers.

I was over charged horribly. First the truck I needed wasn't there so I had to take a van. The van was DISGUSTING as if someone was living in it. Plus there was weed in the drivers door. Then the tire pressure was low and he instructed ME to put air in the tires. I then get my receipt and he charged me extra for gas when I had put gas in the car when I gave it back. Overall TERRIBLE experience. Called my card company and got my money back. NEVER go here.

The vehicle needed air, The vehicle had a door problem where the door , cargo door would not shut, i used my finger to open the and close it. The vehicle drives great. It did also mention that one of the side lights were out. When I got the vehicle the back cargo area has some paint on the floor.

Keep Vehicles clean for the next customer. While this Location is great and seamless with the U-haul process the only issue I had was getting a dirty damaged vehicle. Normally I don't mind a rental that is not super clean but this rental had missing buttons on the steering wheel, dust and grime covered dash and drink holders. There was also trash left on the floor and inside the cargo area of the U-haul. I am bringing these issues up because U-haul charges people for leaving a mess and I just hope I won't be charged for the mess/damages. Temal 99 Cents store will continue to have my business anytime I need a U-Haul but please have them clean and ready to go for the next customer.

This was the worst uhaul I’ve ever rented. It reeked of marijuana, ashes everywhere and the horn didn’t work. Completely disgusting

After walking around the block to find the truck , I spent 15 minutes cleaning up the mess left behind by the previous renter which included 6 empty beer bottles stuffed in the doors storage compartments. The AC worked , however the selector to direct the blower output didn’t work . The dash board and floor eventually got cool , but no dash vents. I had no time to try and get a different vehicle. My only other complaint is that my pick up point was moved from a location that I could’ve easily walked to, to a location that I had to spend money on an Uber ride to get to.

The check-in and dropping off the keys was easy and the gentleman who completed my check-out was friendly. Also, the location is convenient for pickup, but dropping off the vehicle and finding parking for it was a challenge because of how congested the area is. The vehicle drove smoothly but there were several malfunctions with the doors. The inside of the van was FILTHY. Cigarette ashes on the dashboard, trash on the floor, crumbs and God knows what else on the seats, doors, cup holders, etc. It's as if the vehicle has never been cleaned on the inside. I wiped down the stirring wheel with two lysol wipes and they both went from white to dark brown. Nasty.

This location hasn't parking lot for the vehicles, and customer has to spend long time looking for a parking spot at the time of returns the vehicle. Not good. Beside this issue everything else is OK

The van was dirty from the start and due to the urgency of my appointment, I took the van. Arrived at my destination, my sister screamed became a roach walked up the windshield from the dashboard; utterly disgusting. Took a picture to show the location once I got back and the owners daughter respond was there’s nothing I can do. Yes there is clean and exterminate your equipment before renting them out. Will not rent from this location again.

The U-Haul I rented was dirty and smelled like animals. There was a pee-pee pad in the back for a large animal like a sheep or a cow and it still had the pee on the pad.
