Got there and no one was there so I called he would be there about 30 minutes or so so I used the drop box The complaint is I only one contact had to give my only copy and of course the key Place is a dump 😳

Michael SI showed up for the appointment and no was in the office. Looked around for a few minutes, then called UHaul’s 800#. Finally, after about 30, found the guy, and then he didn’t have the furniture Dolly I requested.

Lloyd PI have attempted to contact the operator of this franchise. The truck used from this location was very rough. The exterior was quite a mess, decals falling off dents everywhere. The absolute worst was NO A/C! The temperature was 80 degrees! My husband actually got very ill from no comfort from air conditioning! I had to put on extra miles to get him to an air conditioned location. I feel there should be some type of compensation because of this experience. This is not the first rental of uhaul for me. Richard SAssure that your trucks are in tip top condition. If they need to be junked, then junk them. You should not put profit over customer safety.
Renea IYou could improve your website to not let you try renting from places close to you and end up having to drive almost an hour away. Have a standard for non uhaul locations (like where they are). I have rented many times and never have I been so disappointed. The address given to me for this location was wrong, the equipment was tethered and worn with no replacement to be given. I was charged almost 130$ more than I was originally quoted. I’m never recommending uhaul again.
Stephanie SIt would be beneficial if all fuel tanks were full of gas at pickup. it is difficult to do a return with the same amount of gas.
Ernest SWhen I went to leave with the truck I was renting there was a padlock on the back and the man did not know it was there or have the combination to remove it! While I waited for him to locate the last renter I was paying my worker by the hour and that was costing me money. He gave me a different truck after failing to locate the padlock combination. I returned it with more gas than I left with but got charged for gas! He wasn't around when I returned it so I couldn't even speak to anyone. The gas cap had no lock so anyone could have taken gas out while the office was unattended. I won't use this location again.
Janice SWe started the process through the 800 number because we had to find the exact equipment we needed. They located it and gave a CC number to hold. When we got there it made it SO easy. Did a few things and on the road we went. Nice job!!
