Second time renting from Terrys and both have been horrible experiences. Guy working is rude and paperwork is never correct. Overcharged again for mileage. Truck was difficult to drive because it pulled to the right. The dog on the lot is not friendly.

When getting there the guy behind the counter didn't check in truck right away. I knew I should of went with a different company waste of my money. I was charged 181 for 4 hours of usage. Waste of money

The right tail light didn’t work so after almost an hour of uhaul trying to fix it we were finally on the road. They ended up just giving us a different tow dolly. Not a huge deal but still they should check the equipment after it’s dropped off to make sure it’s in working order.
