Your app is useless trash that had me there for almost an hour fumbling through it. In addition, you did not include the moving blankets I requested and still changed me for them Your money saving "contactless" crap is just more BS reasons to despise these past 5+ years of crap companies get away with. I requested pick up location which you then changed on me the day prior without a choice

Had problems from the beginning . And I never gotten a call back the tank was not on fool or half when I picked it up I have videos and pictures from when I picked it up to drop off I wasnt able to even use the Truck I was told I’m lying and I told them I don’t feel safe . I have not gotten a return call from this location and I called and the number don’t work I was told the same day I dropped the truck off it would be a replacement and it was no trucks on the property . And I was also charged today 26 dollars when I’m supposed to be getting a refund .

Sketchy area. The truck smelled like cigarettes, wasn't swept, and they never gave me my furniture pads.

The facility we selected to drop off was at max capacity.. we received a call a few hours before advising of this and were given a new location. The new drop off spot was self service.. pretty easy.

It took almost 3 hours to get the truck and they overcharged me and said we drove 69 miles and used 11 gallons of gas which is absolutely impossible and they charged me for it to not use this place. Do not use U-Haul at all. Find another company and use it because U-Haul is now a rip off.

The lock was extremely difficult to access for me, I’m 5’3”. First off I was nervous about the area I was in at night. I could reach the lock but was not tall enough to see the letters to enter for the combination. I had to pull my car around and shine the light directly on me making myself an easy target. People could see me under the spotlight but I could not see them, as I was focused on the lock. Since I couldn’t see the letters I had to use a lid for a trash can to stand on. For literally hours I tried the combo. I tried the other locks thinking maybe someone put the lock in the wrong spot. I even called several times to makes sure I was at the right location and the combo was correct. I finally called a friend to help. He used his flashlight, he’s much taller and he could t get the lock ti open either. After another 39 minutes if him trying I called again/ this time after the operator made sure I was doing everything correctly she asked me if I shook the lock. Shoook the lock?!? I thought that was ridiculous to say. But I asked my friend to shake it… he did and it spring open! I was so upset over the literal bourse spend trying to get in. If the lock has some sort of glitch why not let me know to begin with?! Easier access is much needed and definitely better lighting especially in the neighborhood it is at! When I finally got my truck it was so late at night. The people I had to help load had gone home. The move was a nightmare starting from the beginning with the Uhaul!

The location was somewhat hard to find. It was a run down old gas station with no clear marking of uhaul except a small sign on a door.
