The only employee at this location works the register at the gas station/convenience store and not Uhaul. She lacked training and provided incorrect information for picking up rental. Location needs a uhaul worker present when picking up reserved rentals. The truck was clean, but tank was at 3/8ths. Makes it easier if uhaul provided a full tank and I return it with a full tank. One less chore while moving. The location itself is easy to get to, just needs to be properly staffed.
TERESA OI used this M/C trailer only at day time use only because the passenger side lights didn’t work, the turn and brake lights worked so I could didn’t drive at night, but it handled well pulling behind me….

CALEM ROf the two auto transports that were available at this location, there was one that the employee stated was "broken", but couldn't tell us what was wrong with it. The other one had a flat tire, worn ratchet straps, and a license plate that was taped on with painter's tape. The employee hardly spoke English, made me fill out all of the information on the tablet she had, that was logged in to (presumably) the dealership account, made us fill the flat tire with air, and let us leave without providing an inspection of the equipment.

CHRISTOPHER EI was moved from one pick up place to another as the unit was NOT there. The gas station/store was very disorganized couldn’t figure out the computer system. The unit they tried to give me had bad wiring that I had to point out to them. I suggested taking another unit they had to change (another long process that they didn’t understand at the store and had to call U-Haul (who have always done a good job! But U-Haul dropped the ball with this gas station/store. It was not a good experience!! You’re the one who asked!! Rich Wolff 951-264-6309

BRUCE SMy daughter and husband dropped off the truck on September 2, but by September 5 it was still not checked in. It should have be confirmed as returned before that.

TODD BI originally booked with a U-Haul store near my move point but was redirected to a gas station 16 miles away. I agreed to the change because it was on my travel path. The problem is that the location had almost no supplies and no dolly as I requested. I had to visit the originally requested location to pick up supplies anyway. The vehicle was excellent.

Lakeisha SThe rep was really nice but not knowledgeable about the system at all. The truck had trash in the cab, bedding in the back and the check engine light was on. Additionally there were no hand trucks or furniture dollies even though I ordered them. We also had to drive 30 minutes to this location despite making a reservation in Athens. If trucks aren’t available at the location, it should say so. Hugely disappointing pickup.
Ethan JThe only thing I think would be better is the person on the phone told me that it was a 2 day minimum rental and if we got it back early we'd get some money back, but when we went to pick it up, the person told us it didn't matter how early we brought it back we would be charged two days. So I would just recommend that everybody be trained the same so that customers won't get mixed information.

Sherre SU-Haul online experience has become the worst. Clunky and cumbersome. Multiple times putting the same information in to see if it will process. Way past time for a major redo! Probably will not use U-Haul again until these issues are resolved. Have used U-Haul since the 80s!
RONALD TI had to unhook the trailer since the person at the drop-off location didn't know how.
Randy KWhen we first arrived, the attendant told me that he could not rent me the 12 ft trailer that we had a reservation for. He said that it was because he did not have time because he had to take care of his customers. He continued to tell me that he did not have time to deal with me. I told him that I had a reservation and I questioned why the company would make a reservation for a location that did not have time to rent the equipment. I then found out that the trailer was not there at the time and I asked him what I was supposed to do because I needed the trailer that afternoon. He stated, do not ask me that question. He later let me speak to someone on the phone who filled out the reservation and emailed me a receipt. It took me an hour at the location before I could leave with the equipment. I do not recommend using a location who does not have time to take care of business. Also, the trailer did not come with the safety pin to hold the ball in place. There was a fastener on the ball itsself, but the safety pin was missing.
