This was the best U-Haul experience I have ever had! The reservation were easy as 123. I checked in on my phone and did all my paperwork and as soon as I walked in to pick up my reservations it took no more then 4 min for them to make sure it was me and give me keys ! This was awesome thank y’all!

I showed up a few minutes early in an effort to get on the road shortly after my 8am pick up time. The attendant tried to charge me for an extra day because I was a few minutes earlier than 8:00. I had to change my next day return to 7:30 to avoid the extra day charge. I felt it was very sneaky of him to try to add the extra day without mentioning it to me. Also, this location is literally a gas station and you have to do business through a small opening in a security glass at the counter while you have to step aside when customers come in to buy beer and cigarettes. Very ghetto and unprofessional.

James PWe had reservation scheduled for 7 am but the person didn’t make it until 730. We did the pre-check in to make things go faster but still had more things to fill out upon arrival. The person there didn’t even apologize for putting up behind only stayed to return at 1:00 pm when we paid for 6 hours. If we paid for 6 hours we are begin short time because of his lateness not ours. Then they had no dolly and we wasn’t told until after we made it. Just a simple apology for the delay and putting us behind schedule would have done. Because I’m paying movers by the hour and he has cost me money for an hour that I didn’t have any moving going on.

Thomas HIt was advertised a certain price for the equipment that I used. I got charged double the price that was advertised after being told that all I had to pay was the advertised price. I only rented it for 2 hours and was charged for 2 rental rates. Please help me figure out why this happened?

lujune gI ordered a bunch of moving supplies with the truck. A change of pickup location was made prior to pickup. The new location was a drop zone and didn’t have any of the supplies I requested.
Alexander BI understand a lot of these places are third-party contractors, but I don’t understand not looking at the reservation and seeing with somebody has reserved at your location, and not calling them to let them know you do not have any of the equipment they need until after it’s already the pick up time and the client is on the way to pick up the truck. And this was after this location had already confirmed with client twice prior to pick up day, never mentioned they did not have any of the extra equipment that was reserved.
Richard BIt was an act of congress just to rent the uhaul. The location I rented from said they had no trailers available but they had 6 in the parking lot. That’s Piss Poor!!!!!
