This was my first time renting a larger moving truck. I chose U-Haul because my family and had used them in the past. William was extremely helpful with guidance and service. He demonstrated the quality that U-Haul promotes to customers. Thank you William. Everything went smoothly because of you ! ❤️

I was overcharged, I even did the pre check in before getting there so nothing should of been altered except for the dolly that was not available but the uhaul guy claimed he didn’t notice I selected a dolly until after he processed everything. I ordered a dolly but one wasn’t available but I was charged $7 anyway and when u returned my vehicle I was charged for a missing dolly $120 Also I didn’t add safe way on my paperwork the worker did it and charged me an extra $15 for that I have filed a dispute and have to wait 72 business hours, I am not happy at all

I liked how William was very prompted and patience with assisting me with all my questions and concerns. As well as his assistant. I did not get her name but both were a pleasure to work with.

I had to rent the U-haul 10 ft truck and tow dolly from 2 different locations; I didn’t get the tow dolly rental at the discounted rate because it wasn’t from the same location as the truck…wish this policy could change….
