The geo tag for the drop off location needs to be moved and instructions should be posted on the fence to guide members on weekend drop offs. This was my first experience with Uhaul trailers vs moving truck. The ride was fine with the trailer but considering buying a trailer after the experience in drop off. The staff that answered from the location (Texas Gulf) were great to work with but the corporate staff seemed unaware of the issue and dismissed the problems in attempting to drop off trailer.
