The person at the desk didn’t know what she was doing. My location got changed without notification . There were no instructions GIVEN to me to return the truck. The process to pick up the U-Haul took over 30 minutes. When asked question the person at the desk did not know the answer and did not offer to find out the answer either.

Location was great. Mobile app failed. Resulting in a 1 hour delay. Will never use the mobile app again. No moving blankets, again not the locations fault. Worst U-Haul experience ever.
