I reserved a truck, large dolly and several dozen moving blankets. When I arrived to pick up the truck, there wasn’t the dolly, which I needed, nor moving blankets. When I talked to the U-Haul representative, he said none were available, would have to wait until some became available. I informed him I couldn’t wait, we were moving now. He then said for me to buy some and he’d reimburse me. I got confirmation the truck would be there, but no notice the other items would not. Why? If I had been notified in advance, I would have made alternate plans.
