I arrived after hours (11:00 pm), not enough space to leave the U-Haul in the best place/position, I did my best to not interfere. No interact with personnel. Other than that excellent.

I called the 800 number and gave them all of my info. hoping I would only have to do minimal paperwork on the morning of pick up but alas the info. did not get conveyed to the pick up location. The young lady at the pick up location was nice enough but could not answer the questions I had for her regarding maintenance, insurance, etc. Her answer was an honest "I don't know" to most of my questions. Training your staff is key in my opinion. Maybe I just ask too many questions..... The truck ran great and I had no mechanical issues so all in all I had a good trip. They have many extra charges they dont mention on the phone so just be ready to be charged extra!!!!

I dropped the trailer off after normal business hours using the self drop-off. The location is easy to find and has plenty of space to return the equipment.

Well I initially wanted to pick up the truck at 9am, I ended up leaving with the truck arround 9:45am, I selected an option to have a utility dolly but was not available. Luckly my buddy that was helping me move had one. The people working there were very nice which is always great.
