First off, I was scheduled to pick up at 9am, wasn't able to get the trailer till the afternoon. Every time i would call, no one ever answered. Even upon returning, I called multiple times, no answer. I'm just lucky I didn't have any problems with the equipment, because I wouldn't have been able to get in contact with them. I love Uhaul, but will never do business with this location ever againThomas W.

Person at two brothers where I was supposed to drop off wouldn't accept my trailer because his lot was too full. I went to Texas storage and the woman was very nice and helpful, if using uhaul in del rio I recommend Texas Storage .Gregory S.

The mobile check in needs lots of work. While I initially thought that would allow for the most streamlined experience, I quickly realized I was mistaken. I'm grateful that my pickup time coincided with open hours otherwise I would not have been able to pickup and secure my reservation. Even with assistance from an employee we couldn't figure out the issue and had to cancel and resubmit a new reservation in order to get me on my way. A 5 minute process turned into 45 mins. Ridiculous!!Christina W.
Give the consumer a brochure or a proper breakdown of what they are purchasing. And make sure everything that is ordered is available in the uhaul.Earle H.

I returned the uhaul on time and they never showed it in the system as returned. Therefore I was being charged overdue fees and causing lack of money in my bank account and still have not been refunded. Really screwed me over.Drew F.
Have a better rep who is familiar with good customer service. This rep ws so rude & b4 I cld explain the situation, kpt interrupting & made me feel he ws nt interested, creating an unnecessary issue. Ano customer there who overheard everything ws more help than he ws. Being from out of town I will never visit that location again.mary ann P.

Very unprepared, unprofessional, no follow up to promise made "when the girl comes in she will take care of your contract". They never closed my contract and marked my rental had been received by them. I received a notice for a late/missing return after I delivered the trailer 23 hours before my return date. I had to call u-haul to ensure the trailer was marked as received.Ceasar B.

I would not recommend this location unless they clearly identify U-Haul Office at front. This place needs a big U-Haul Sign at front. It took me more than 30 minutes and two phone calls to find the place. No street number and nothing to identify the U-Haul location. This is a Car Wash that has the U-Haul location on the back side and almost hidden from the main street.Osvaldo M.

Suggest they rent from another dealer. They put my time to pick up at 10am instead of 9 which was when they were supposed to be open. No one was working when I arrived and after asking around this occurs frequently where there owners girlfriend shows up when she wants to. The temperature here was to be 107' and it was costing us to pay for help while waiting for the truck. The truck was covered in mud from previous renter. I also reserved this truck a week before and U-Haul sent a 20' instead of the 26' so I'll have to make another trip since I didn't have room for all the stuff. Home Depot has Penske trucks close by. They are more costly but maybe less hastle. Find another location such as U-Haul dealer across from Wal mart. Good Luck.Monike T.

The only thing I disliked is that when you return a trailer on a weekend, it is very difficult to get in touch with a human. In my situation, I retuned the trailer same day but can seem to get in touch with a human to ensure trailer was accounted for. Please correct this issue. Ordered a 26ft truck , 36 furniture pads and a furniture dolly . When it came to the day of pick up the only thing they had for us was the truck . After taking to the lady you did a refund . When we returned the truck no one was at the office to receive it during business hours and we then got a bill for said missing items after they should have been taken off our contract. Now we have a charge for 304.57 for items we didn't receive and the initial charge of 44.00 . Plus we had canceled a car trailer and we are still waiting for that 81.57 so now we are waiting to be reimbursed 430.14 and we have to wait 72 businesses hour just for them to call us back . Not to mention the 5 to 10 business days it's going to take for the refund . So are extremely unhappy with the first experience with uhaul.Geremy S.
