The APP needs significant improvements, including a bullet list of directions (pick-up/return) on page one before starting interactive process. I had problems with APP responsiveness for both pick-up & return. I selected pick-up and it did not respond and got hung up. Had to have individual at location assist. Same thing happened upon return. However, it was after hours. So I turned in keys so I could get home. Then the APP finally connected to start return process, including requesting photos of interior. I had already returned keys. So I did best I could. Please contact me if you have questions or need more details and suggestions.
