Did not get my appliance dolly, or my 12 blankets. Took over an hour to get it off the lot, valuable time that cost me money, I had hired help waiting

My drop off location experience was excellent, but attempting to check out on your website is not at all user friendly. I time /dated the rental form and placed it in the drop box. I hope this information I shared with you improves your customer service and UHaul can become more user friendly with these issues I experienced.
