It had been raining for several days so the drop off area was super muddy. The app to drop off didn’t work and I had to do a night drop off. Whoever checked the truck in charged me an additional $21 for gas. However I had just stopped at the gas station and filled the truck to above the 3/8 point where it was when I picked it up so I am disappointed in the dishonesty.

Charlotte KMy drop off location experience was excellent, but attempting to check out on your website is not at all user friendly. I time /dated the rental form and placed it in the drop box. I hope this information I shared with you improves your customer service and UHaul can become more user friendly with these issues I experienced.
