The online booking system is terrible. You should update your process to make it easier for people to rent a vehicle. I almost gave up and went to Home Depot instead. After clicking through at least 10 screens to book a van, I found out when I got there that the reservation wasn't processed. Thankfully, they resolved this issue fairly quickly.

OLEKSANDR RRude staff, extremely poor lot condition, poor customer service, did not have equipment dolly which was ordered online, asked for cash payment if want to buy mattress bag or boxes. Very shady location. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

GABRIEL HI had a guaranteed pickup time of 9:30am. No one was at the location until 10am. When the employee arrived to open the store - they did not speak English (or French) and just handed me a cell phone on speaker to talk to someone. I had to pick a truck and give the truck’s box number to the person on the phone to initiate the rental. Then I was handed a key and allowed to drive away without any of the usual rental formalities like taking a picture of the mileage/fuel gauge/etc. Just an absolutely horrible experience. The place was an extremely untidy and unkempt location.
Robert PYou should NOT allow these type of business represent a real Canadian corporation. Truck was not ready and the rental accessories were missing but I still got charged for them. They gave the truck with just 1/4 tank, good thing I wasn't moving far from previous location. Also, there was no light at the back which made it difficult to see in the dark. Given the type of business they run (shady), I was very skeptical to upload my personal Canadianlicense but he said "if you want the truck, upload your license, otherwise you don't get the key"
Erick SThe guy there doesn’t read contracts. i requested 6 pads, 2 furniture doly and 1 utility dolly. He was surprised when I showed him the summary of request. I even tried to deny the furniture dolly. In the end I left with 6 pads totally dirty and missing 1 furniture dolly as he wouldn’t have. Cargo of the van was the van was dirty too and I lost time cleaning a bit (plus the dirty pads) - that’s why I had to request one hour more, as I lost time cleaning a bit. Definitely a dirty place where I don't intend to get back. On top of that, the price I am being charged is ridiculous , not sure if i will return to U-haul in the future.
LUIS LAwful customer service. I was given a rental truck that was not in the system as rented.
