I expressed this deep concern on Wednesday, July 30th with the Manager name Brittney how nasty, dirty, & unprofessional the truck I rented was. No excuses, it should have been properly cleaned inside and out. It was horrible, mud everywhere both inside and out. This truck hadn't been properly cleaned in months! Brittney response was she didn't have to clean the truck like the U-Haul Stores, because she is independently owned! I knew this was a lie! I didn't have the time or energy to go back and forth with her! I immediately called corporate that same day and complained, only to find out the Brittney was responsible for making sure that the truck was cleaned, no excuses! I took my own money and time out to clean this truck, unacceptable! I would never recommend this location, never!

When I arrived to pickup the U-Haul, it was ready, but the check-in process through the app did not work. I had to call U-Haul since the box store wasn’t open and they had to reset something in the app. This made what should have been a 5 minute process almost 30 minutes. This location did call me the day before and I thought I had everything set up. I called later that afternoon bout payment because nothing ever popped up in the app to pay. Would not recommend doing the mobile check in process. I wouldn’t have except this location was not open when I needed to pick up my U-Haul.

The lady, although friendly, was brand new and lacked training and experience. I thought she said this was about her first time to do a rental. She had to keep calling her boss for help. Also so she was not able to remove the lock so she had to call in help from a local u-haul rep. We were there over 1 hour total to get the truck that we had already reserved on line.
