Train your people better. The lady was VERY nice and super respectful but she didn’t seem to know what to do computer wise or hooking the trailer up. There was a couple things she wasn’t going to do, thankfully my boyfriend knew what to do and he went ahead and did them so everything was correct. I also called a couple times to try and get a hold of someone to let them know I was going to be late picking up and when I finally got to someone they told me to stop calling. Either the person who answered was not Uhaul or they are just very disrespectful and rude. Either update the number on the app/website or have a serious conversation with your employees.

NO ONE WAS THERE. WE ACCIDENTALLY LEFT OUR EZPASS IN THE TRUCK . I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY HAD IT. THE FIRST CALL WAS ANSWERED BUT THE PERSON HUNG UP ON ME. TWO MESSAGES ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE WERE IGNORED AS I RECEIVED NO CALL BACK.CONSEQUENTLY I HAVE NEEDED TO CANCEL THE LOST TRANSPONDER AND GET A NE3W ONE.
Deena HMy issues is not with the location, but with U-Haul itself. Apparently U-Haul has an issue with its payment processing system and no one could get a rental. Several other customers at the location experienced this at the same time as us and they decided to go to another competitor. Eventually the owner of this location was nice enough to find and utilize a workaround so that we could rent the truck.
