NO ONE WAS THERE. WE ACCIDENTALLY LEFT OUR EZPASS IN THE TRUCK . I CALLED TO SEE IF THEY HAD IT. THE FIRST CALL WAS ANSWERED BUT THE PERSON HUNG UP ON ME. TWO MESSAGES ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE WERE IGNORED AS I RECEIVED NO CALL BACK.CONSEQUENTLY I HAVE NEEDED TO CANCEL THE LOST TRANSPONDER AND GET A NE3W ONE.

My issues is not with the location, but with U-Haul itself. Apparently U-Haul has an issue with its payment processing system and no one could get a rental. Several other customers at the location experienced this at the same time as us and they decided to go to another competitor. Eventually the owner of this location was nice enough to find and utilize a workaround so that we could rent the truck.
