Was asked by U-Haul customer service to switch to this location for pickup. They did not have the 12 furniture pads that I had reserved. I had to go to another location to get these, which added 20 minutes to my already tight schedule. This seemed to be more of an issue of your customer service department than this location.

We had no problems dropping it off here but there is hardly any room to leave the rental plus the staff wasn't very knowledgable. But it was not a "bad" location, just not ideal.
DANNY RI did not receive any of the dolly’s I requested or the furniture pads
ricky bI specifically called a half hour before my reservation to make sure the vehicle would be ready. They said to pick it up at the reserved time. I arrived 2 minutes early, waited in the regular flood of customers for 10 minutes. The cashier attempted to check me in only to be stopped by the system because the vehicle had not been completed from the last rental. My vehicle was not ready at my reserved time. They did not come to check the mileage or cleanliness at the return.
VICKIE PWe returned the vehicle about three hours after renting, however due to an accidental locking of the key in the vehicle we were told we would be unable to close out the ticket purchase until the key was retrieved which would be understandable. We immediately called and were assured that someone would be able to remove the key from the lock and our ticket would be closed out. However it took almost four weeks and multiple phone calls in order for this to happen.

WALTER AI had to clean the back of the truck out before using the truck. I requested a dolly and they did not have one. Very upset by this as I had to lift things on my own. Back is hurting me now. I took photos after I swept and cleaned it out.
TAMMY MWhen I arrived to take possession of the uhaul the 26ft truck had 4 to 6 inches of snow and ice covering it from the hood and windshield I was asked to take care of it so I removed the snow and ice from the hood and windshield the store operator wanted me to just leave the snow and ice on the roof when I refused he had me park it next to a dumpster and asked me to help him remove it so he boosted me to the roof of the uhaul and I cleared the roof off myself again it was 4 to 6 inches of snow and ice. I've never before had a experience like this with uhaul all my times before this the truck and trailer were clean and parked ready to drive and use. I also have a previous reservation for a 15ft truck and car hauler that was not able to be fulfilled so I accepted this 26ft truck and trailer on getting it back into my drive was it got stuck in 2 to 3 inches of snow and ice in my drive way on contacting roadside they informed me it would be an additional 450 charge for a tow out so I did what I could to get it out and returned it to the closest store that had a 15ft truck. This has been the worst experience I've had and will be checking in with a manager and see what adjustments can be made
JESSE CWe dropped the truck off after hours. The location was easy to find and parking the truck was easy, because there was plenty of space.
Samantha MFirst, I did not receive the call back # as scheduled. I had cales a couple days before with a new cellphone #. The original pick-up location was changed. ( I wanted to use because it was closer to me, and I knew and trusted the owners.) I was given a new location, one that I didn't want to use because I knew of past experiences of other people. I had to clean the truck cab and box out before leaving on my move. Truck had trash in the back from the previous rental. There was pet hair on the dash and seats, cup holders were dirty and sticky, trash behind seats. When I was in Phoenix, I noticed that the oil was low. Someone came to service the truck, and said the oil had not been changed and should have been. It was two quarts low. This could have been a better experience overall. I will say that the truck did its job.
ERICK DI brought the trailer back by 11:30 and the guy was busy. Didn’t check it in till 1145 or 1150 and then turn around charge me another day. Uhaul‘s never ever get my money back.
