No dolly was provided that I paid for. Agent told me over the phone that I would be picking up from Clear Lake ave. Just to be sent to a liquor store down the street.

Tali MThe U haul truck was parked in the grass/mud and covered in snow and a pile of snow in front of it. The key was not in the lock box so the employee at the liquor store there had to call his boss where the key was insid. I was doing a remote pickup so should not have had to be in that situation. I also had to get the truck unstuck out of the mud on my own.
