I will never use a remote location again I'm not very tech so it sucked and the call was not much help as well the cost is crazy over 80 dollars for maybe 3hrs use better to find another way to move

Jason TurnerThere are no uhaul reps at this site and the people who answer the number say they have nothing to do with the rentals. I am a 74 year old and had to lift the trailer and connect it without assistance. Absolutely horrible location. Advise everyone to avoid it.

Teresa BarlarThe 26’ truck I ordered was very old and in need of repair. The truck felt as if it were unsafe and I had a challenge keeping it on the road. I mentioned the rental truck safety concern to the employees at the drop off location and they said they would make a note of the poor condition of the truck. Please don’t use that truck over any long distance unless the motor and brakes are checked first.

Not enough details about booking the rental and the requirements to have it picked up at a certain time and only having an hour to do so or the reservation would be canceled. 1-800 customer support was useless. Waited over 30 minutes and no one ever answered luckily had a local direct number and they worked it out for us. It took two trips and about an hour and a half to get the truck.

George Gundlachupon returning my trailer rental, there was noone there that could complete the drop-off. Lady gave me a phone number to call 334-320-5361 which I called (4) times while on the premises. There was no answer and when it went to voice mail, the mailbox was full and would not allow me to leave a message. I left a text message and dropped off the trailer on site after notifing the person inside.. (AV-5x8 van trailer av2827M LE7833H-GA) I will NEVER use this UHaul site again!
John BrownThe cashier inside the restaurant looked confused when I asked her about returning the rental truck. She did inform me that they had nothing to do with the return and that I needed to keys put the keys in the box. I had dropped the keys in first before accessing the site to do my self-return. It took me about 20 minutes total navigating the site and taking pictures. I'm glad I had taken some pictures before exiting the truck or else I would have had to walk all the way back inside of the restaurant and wait in line behind those dining in. The restaurant owner should have their staff informed of the proper steps of doing a return.
